ERIA helps generate whole-recording EEG reports by using one locally run language model to select specialist analyses and combine their structured outputs. GEPA optimizes only the model’s instructions using feedback on physician-written reports, while its weights and tools remain fixed. On 100 held-out cases, report-level agreement score rose from 0.5052 to 0.6024; this does not establish waveform-level accuracy or clinical benefit.
