About this paper
Jiaqian Zhu, Yang Zhang, Junhua Ding, Xiaowei Yu
The authors introduce Kronecker–Cayley transitions that build norm, sum, and angular invariants into state-space rollouts. Each transition uses a learnable graph Laplacian and a Cayley transform, enforcing unitary dynamics and a stationary shared mode. In a dam-break benchmark, KC reports mass drift of 8.3 × 10⁻³, versus 27.7 for a unit-modulus recurrence. Output conservation requires decoder alignment; unitary dynamics cannot contract.
