The authors develop reusable block codes for binary messages sent over a channel that swaps neighboring bits, including across block boundaries. A running-parity transform turns each swap into a correctable bit error for a BCH constituent code. A finite test certifies correction at every frame length, and the derivative decoder determines block j by symbol jb under the error bound.
