AnchorHEC calibrates wrist-mounted and fixed cameras in robot coordinates without a target. It uses robot kinematics to anchor a 3D reconstruction, refines the wrist-camera transform from image tracks, then uses it to register fixed cameras. Simulation results show translation error falls 86.4% and rotation error 71.6% versus reconstruction-based baselines, averaged across camera types and three backbones; this is not a guarantee for real robots.
