The authors introduce social power reformulation and realization (SPRR) for choosing susceptibilities in the Friedkin–Johnsen opinion model. The method selects social power weights to minimize squared collective bias, then finds susceptibilities to realize them. Strong connectivity guarantees every social-power target; a five-agent simulation shows optimization converging to truth in the example.
