EmbryoProfiler helps IVF embryologists review and compare embryos using automated annotations and developmental features, with a score they can inspect or correct. Its classifier predicts live birth after transfer, using embryo features and weak labels for some untransferred embryos. On a single-center test set, it reached AUC 0.83 overall and 0.70 among transfer-eligible embryos, measuring discrimination rather than clinical benefit.
