SeqoFlow treats semantic-query plan optimization and multi-query scheduling as one runtime feedback loop. At batch boundaries, it profiles a representative subquery, estimates costs for equivalent plans, executes a selected plan, and updates scheduling estimates. With SRTF held fixed, it reaches up to 1.9× Static-1 and 4.3× Static-2 throughput at the same P50 latency, across tested workloads.
