MIS encodes candidates and slots once per request, then scores placements using the ordered prefix already selected while constrained beam search remains sequential. On the benchmark, beam-width-32 generation scored 34.067% lift over random order versus 33.276% for autoregressive CGA, with 5.721 ms versus 20.280 ms decoding. Randomized platform results reported 0.104% higher realization and 0.058% higher watch time, while prediction-service CPU rose 1.39%.
