The authors implement request-scoped constrained decoding for local-commerce retrieval. An upstream eligible-merchant set is compiled into a compressed sparse row (CSR) prefix index during prompt processing, constraining beam search without making the decoder determine serviceability. In a separate daily-refresh case, filtering fell from 170 of 299 merchants to 29; compute savings at matched retrieval quality remain unmeasured.
