PharmAgents2 combines Paper2Skill with Self-Scaling Discovery to turn published methods into reusable guidance and coordinate parallel investigations across shared project context. In a secondary-target search, it examined 2,607 proteins, ranked Target X first, and human researchers measured binding by SPR, with a dissociation constant of 4.64 μM. This supports binding under assay conditions, not a causal explanation of resistance behavior.
