About this paper
Francisco Pereira, Justine Sherry, Pratiksha Thaker
The authors propose and test a Knowledge Plane in which network agents exchange natural-language messages to diagnose problems and make routing decisions across organizations with partial views. In Mininet emulations, agents handled website failures, routing, and a BGP hijack. Three models rejected the Celer malicious route, while Qwen 2.5 72B accepted it; this is one scenario, not a security guarantee.
