About this paper
Takuhiro Kaneko
The paper introduces a method for inferring hidden cavities from collision motion by comparing explicit cavity structures before refining particle positions. Its two stages combine global candidate selection with local refinement. On a controlled synthetic benchmark, cavity-position reconstruction reduces Chamfer distance from 0.281 to 0.109 and raises F-score from 0.128 to 0.144 versus a density-based baseline; this does not establish real-world performance.
